To find out the influence of the spatial and physical characteristics of the spaces a composite value was to be determined. The composite value was obtained from the summation of values of the sub-factors determining the semi-private space. The scale hence made had values ranging from minimum 1 to maximum 10 will be assigned to each of the physical characteristics for each sub-factor 76
